Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet keeps all my HR needs in one place, making it easy for me to do everything from seeing payroll information to requesting time off. The report function and end of year tax summary are helpful, easy to read, and they make filing my taxes easier, so I can get my refund back faster.

I called TriNet with questions about open enrollment, and although it took some time (too many prompts) to get someone on the phone, the representative was courteous and provided accurate information that helped me make a decision.
Overall, easy to use, but the navigation bar is wordy and can feel redundant.
