Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our third party HR and benefits provider. We also process payroll through TriNet. It is a tremendous resource to a one person HR department and provides effective, streamlined management of the overall HR function. TriNet has delivered on its promise of customer service from payroll to HR guidance to technology/portal usage support. Additionally, employees have access to online, email and phone support to answer questions. It has alleviated the substantial day-to-day support that was previously required to support our employees.

Pros

  • Provide guidance on employee discipline and termination challenges
  • Deliver excellent daily support to HR administrators
  • Outstanding employee support resources to provide a smoot and seamless experience

Cons

  • PTO time requests. Would be nice for PTO request emails to go to direct supervisor AND administrator for review and approval.
Early on in our partnership with TriNet, we required a technology modification to improve our payroll process. TriNet assigned a specialist to our account and made it happen. Additionally, the use of a central portal has allowed the company to streamline the employee onboarding and separation process.
The TriNet Admin portal is an absolute pleasure to work with on a daily basis. Not a day goes by that I am not logged in several times. It is extremely user-friendly for administrators and users alike.
  • TriNet has reduced the time spent by internal HR resources considerably.
  • TriNet provides a tremendous employee/user experience through portal, online chat, email and telephone.
  • Always willing to research the "hard to figure" out scenarios and provide feedback/support.
TriNet is well-suited to provide the needed support to administrators and employees across the company on any/all matters related to human resources.
Specifically:
1. Defining risk on employee discipline and termination.
2. Support of Leave of Absence (childbirth) process and explanation and direct interaction with employees.
3. Alleviating the daily support requirements normally required of in-house HR team.

I have not experienced any circumstances where TriNet was unable to properly assist me.

Using TriNet

50 - We have 2 administrators (HR & Finance) but all employees have employee access
2 - It is a very efficient tool requiring limited in-house resources to manage and oversee. Highly recommend for all SMB's.

TriNet Implementation

not applicable as I implementation was done 5 years ago and have no recollection of the details of the process.

Above it says to skip question if not involved in the process but it will not allow me to skip it as it states explanation requitred thus making this process extremely frustrating.
