Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet as our third party HR and benefits provider. We also process payroll through TriNet. It is a tremendous resource to a one person HR department and provides effective, streamlined management of the overall HR function. TriNet has delivered on its promise of customer service from payroll to HR guidance to technology/portal usage support. Additionally, employees have access to online, email and phone support to answer questions. It has alleviated the substantial day-to-day support that was previously required to support our employees.
Pros
- Provide guidance on employee discipline and termination challenges

- Outstanding employee support resources to provide a smoot and seamless experience
Cons
- PTO time requests. Would be nice for PTO request emails to go to direct supervisor AND administrator for review and approval.
- TriNet has reduced the time spent by internal HR resources considerably.
- TriNet provides a tremendous employee/user experience through portal, online chat, email and telephone.
- Always willing to research the "hard to figure" out scenarios and provide feedback/support.
