TriNet is a small company that handles all of our Human Resources, payroll, benefits, and taxes.
Pros
- The payroll platform is very easy to navigate.
- TriNet's HR management makes my life a lot easier.
- TriNet’s reporting is always helpful.
Cons
- The onboarding in certain scenarios could use some improvements.
- Although the reports are great, it is sometimes challenging to identify the ones that I need.
- As a small business General Manager, I wear many hats. TriNet handling our HR and Payroll allows me to focus on AR, AP, and all general Admin. tasks.
- TriNet comforts us by knowing they keep us in line and out of trouble with everything, from HR to payroll.
- For the most part, navigating TriNet is user-friendly, so the time I do spend using TriNet is mostly headache-free.
Our small business was very well supported during COVID-19.
