Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet has helped us with processing our payroll and general HR questions. Payroll is a huge help for reporting purposes. The assistance with HR questions are given on the federal level and they give advice on best practices as to how to word policies to specify parameters of those that are not very specific. The reports make it very easy to lookup information about employees to provide the information to management, especially when there are a lot of employees to pull information on.

Cons

  • The reports are a little difficult to manipulate to pull only the information you want to pull. It's easier at this point to pull the provided report and delete/hide the information you don't want.

It's generally user friendly on the basic level, but manipulating reports to bring only the information you want is a little complex and hard to follow the flow.
I usually get a response with an answer that solves my issue within 2 days.

The staff is well versed in payroll and HR. If your representative doesn't know the answer they can get you in touch with someone on staff that can get an answer. The payroll feature does glitch a little bit every now and then. I have had to make sure to save all that I enter and download the preview reports as proof of what I submitted versus what was processed. If this is provided they have waived the admin fees for the special payroll to fix the issue.
