Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Processing Payroll, downloading and fetching the time record from another vendor.

Pros

  • Support in case there is a question, they respond quickly.
  • Always have answer for State and Federal Labor question.
  • Taxes for Payroll reporting is readily available on the platform.

Cons

  • For now documentation and processing of Payroll is fine and does not see any improvement.
  • Payroll is very positive as far as we know because it's convenient to process.
  • Compatibility with the third party vendor to process and upload hours is manageable.
  • Navigation of getting reports for the Payroll makes our life easier.
Using Payroll grid is easy to process and use.
Everytime we need support or chat, except on the weekends that it should still have available help or support line.
It helps out in the sending the documents for employees that are affected by Covid how to get benefits and also when Payroll employees has deductions for not getting full hours of work week.
Not available for us to have.
