Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize TriNet as our PEO for our organization in regards to benefits, Payroll, on/off-boarding to name a few. The business problems that this product addresses is avoiding anything falling through the cracks with the help of our assigned account specialists. I really like the E-Verify feature during the onboarding process. It makes my role during that step seamless.

There are times when it takes a few days to hear back from our representative which is not ideal with the ticket system and e-mail.

I appreciate the ticket system as well as having the direct e-mail to our account rep for easy communication. I like how the ticket system tracks the progress of your request, and that you can go in and add more detail if needed.
