Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is my partner in managing HR for my company. As an HR Department of One with employees in spread out across the country, I can rely on TriNet to help ensure we remain compliant with all HR-related matters, and are able to easily provide pay & benefits that meet our employees' needs

  • turnaround time on processing leaves of absence
  • turnaround time on responding to tax-related matters
  • reduces payroll processing time
  • helps improve compliance
  • increased payroll accruacy
Works well overall, but always room for improvement.
overall support has been good, but sometimes my rep doesn't seem to really be able to get things expedited or resolved.

I think TriNet is well-suited for smaller companies with only one internal HR professional, and the ability to bundle all the outsourced HR services offers convenience and cost-savings.
