Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our PEO and HRIS. It gives us a place to both handle compliance and manage the user experience for new hires and current employees. We have been customers for 10 years and have had a great experience with the platform and their customer service team. They help us address many day to day issues.

Cons

  • The user experience could be better
  • I would like better dashboards
  • More room to customize insurance options
  • It keeps us compliant
  • It is a one stop shop for compliance, payroll, etc.
  • There team is great and responsive
The user experience isn't nearly as nice as other platforms like Bamboo, Rippling, etc.
