Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We have used TrustRadius for multiple buying projects including CRM, ESP, Helpdesk, and Dashboard software.
- To understand my options (i.e. build my short list or long list)
- To compare products
- To see what other users think of the product I am currently using
[I look for] Mid-length reviews that offer an equal number of Pros and Cons. While some software far exceeds (or never meets) our expectations, there is no "perfect software" so getting the cons is extremely important.
Honest reviews are a go-to. Salesmen sell the product with all the "perks" of the product. Users find the pain points.
- Easy to find reviews
- Easy to compare software of similar categories
- Offering the ability to review software that may not currently be available as a listing (Risevision and DataValidation to list a couple).
- The ability to easily submit reviews via a mobile app would be a plus.
Other "software" that we used were user forums of software that we are reviewing. This allows us to see the user base, problems with the software, and the support (both community and officially) for the products. Obviously, you see the problems in there but you also get an idea of how easily some problems are fixed.
TrustRadius produces a wide variety of reviews of different software in a single platform making it easy to compare side by side.
