Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I was researching viable alternatives to TeamViewer for my own as well as the more than 170 client companies we currently service. My role is final decision-maker & purchaser based on consensus from our staff-members & clients as to platform.

I really appreciate the entire package of features. The data provided in comparisons was particularly helpful.
I look for reviews that cover the spectrum of cost (price plus), features, service & support; are largely unbiased & comprehensive / well-thought-out & well-written. Anything that meets these criteria are the most valuable.
- Data was readily available
- Coverage was comprehensive
- Presentation was easy to go through
- I did not notice any so far my friends!
I researched many sites on the internet, & found TrustRadius one of if not THE best. It complemented & confirmed what others said & vice versa.
