Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I was looking for a solution for word documents, excel documents and email options. I was the sole decision maker in the decision. I looked at G Suite, Zoho Office, and WPS Office. I choose Office 360.
- I like that the reviews come from actual users of the products.
- I like that they have integrity in their business.
- I like that they are transparent.
- There have been some concerns that the reviews are not genuine.
- There are some concerns that TrustRadius pays for reviews and it taints the process.
- There are some concerns that the sample sizes are small on some products.
It is a mixed bag. Some are very upfront and some make you work for it. When vendors make me work for it, I am less likely to purchase from them.
TrustRadius stands out in that they have not steered me wrong. When I have used them, I am able to make an informed decision.
They are helpful when I have had to sell my purchasing decisions internally. I don't really have constructive critiques.
They impact my decision as one point of many in the decision. I don't always buy the highest rated product because I still have a budget to work with.
The biggest challenge is to validate the integrity of the ratings and knowing how big the sample size of the researched item.
