TrustRadius for Buyers has thorough reviews which are very key in decision making.
I never used Gartner or Forrester Wave reports for product evaluations.
I am more interested in the comments, situations, or experiences of the actual users. These are real-life experiences that can't be sugar-coated or ignored. It helps greatly in the evaluation process.
