Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
For meetings, we bought Microsoft Teams, but we were considering Skype, which didn't meet our expectations. We needed software that wouldn't be delayed when many people attend meetings which Microsoft Teams served our expectations. For data storage, we had considered buying Docs, but we settled on the available Google Drive.
Microsoft Team's; we were in these meetings as a team of 20 on the decision to buy the product. For longer trainings, we do it online and have a broad audience; we need software that the general audience won't destroy. That's why we settled on Mircosoft Teams. It was a decision that took place in 2 weeks.

The experience other users have had is also something to look into. It's good for a company that desires to settle on software that serves for a long time on costs. Prices of the software, including acquisition and maintenance, are also a factor in deciding on software.
