Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I also evaluated other softwares and products like the google mail, yahoo mail, hotmail, etc..But Microsoft Outlook was included in the 365 package and hence I ended up using it. The main reason of sticking with outlook is the user experience that the software provides and how smooth it works.
As described, I was working on buying a total package of software which includes all the editing and other formatting products, other than these it should also include any of the mailing software so that all the documents can be integrated with it and can be sent at the same time.

I feel the way TrustRadius for Buyers was with it's reviews was the number one thing it stood out with. The reviews looked quite authentic and precise with the name and info of the person written with the review itself, so that one can contact him/her for more information. There was also support and help which was provided by the support team.
I did not use much of analyst reports and rankings as they were already available on google.
There are various parameters like the feature ratings, how well the software and its features are with the current technology and stack, The list of integrations that it can do with the other softwares in the market. The videos and demos of the softwares. Other than that a real piece of review is also important for determining if the product would be good fit in the organization.
