Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
Although I found my way to TrustRadius for Buyers by providing reviews for other software purchases, I ended up using it to check out the reviews on other software products as well. We have ended up using it as a conversation starter during the evaluation process for any new software products we are considering, as TrustRadius for Buyers has a good range of reviews for most products. Although we may not end up agreeing with most reviewers, it is a great starting point for understanding the range of product capabilities and ease of onboarding for volunteers.

The products we use did not require analyst reports, but we did consider rankings for a couple products that we looked at. We liked that that information was available, but we did not like the amount of jargon and detail we had to navigate for some of the simpler answers we were looking for. It was simply too much for our small business needs.
We like to look at product reviews from individual purchasers/users, and we like to see what feature ratings are included. Seeing a list of integrations is helpful, but not necessary for most products. Any time there is a sample from a product, whether a screen shot or video of use, we are grateful for that information too.
- Capterra and SourceForge
We use TrustRadius for Buyers equally with Capterra - although Capterra has some more integrated video reviews, we appreciate how TrustRadius for Buyers sources their reviewers and vets the reviews before they are posted. We have only glanced at SourceForge for a few things, as TrustRadius for Buyers is our go-to for finding reviews on products we are considering.
