Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

Our marketing teams often struggle to identify the right practitioner contacts for our offerings. If you have a decent list, TrustRadius can put marketing teams on the fast track to identify your most passionate users. TrustRadius provides credible customer testimonials across a diverse set of offerings in a very short period of time.
  • The testimonials generated using TrustRadius helped us reinforce some of our key marketing claims
  • The feedback provided by TrustRadius reviews enabled us to convey valuable customer feedback to our offering teams
  • The content generated by TrustRadius reviews was used to fuel sales proposals and social marketing initiatives
  • The vendor review process is incredibly straightforward. I don't really see a lot of areas for improvement here.
  • The biggest issue we face is generating the right list of users. If you've got a good list and a solid product, you're home free with TrustRadius
  • I think your pricing is pretty high for the review offering.

We don't have huge numbers for ROI because we have used TrustRadius selectively. I can say that we have rapidly generated some high-quality reviews for several of our product offerings.
I really cannot comment on the other offerings that we use in this setting.
The quality of the content is certainly better than the average general review. The power of the TrustRadius review is that it is essentially a mini case study that is developed quickly with very little effort from marketing. The custom questions enable us to invite users to hone in on some of the areas where we believe our products have strong differentiation.
TrustRadius has helped me engage with our product teams to get much-needed customer testimonial content. Since this was one of the major objectives for my position in Strategic Client Advocacy, it certainly contributed to my success in the role.
-- If you're a SaaS B2B offering and you have lots of known users, then TrustRadius would be a very good solution for you.
-- If you have trouble identifying happy users, then you will struggle to get value out of the TrustRadius service
-- If your product has some major issues and your users are unhappy, I would avoid TrustRadius like the plague! (only somewhat kidding)
