The sales team is able to use quotes in their outreach to potential clients. Marketing has content to utilize on pages.

Alternatives Considered

We selected TrustRadius for the widget implementation. We have also used Capterra. TrustRadius gave us more attention and was able to help implement more.

Review Richness

We have had decent content. We would like to see more reviews that are not anonymous.

Impact on Personal KPIs

It has allowed me to provide sales with customer quotes as well as given us more in-depth content for our marketing collateral.

Likelihood to Recommend

For companies who install quickly, it is good for reviews. Installations that are longer are harder to get back and get the reviews.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm curious which marketing automation system(s) you use, as we prioritize our integration efforts in the coming year? Finally, while I wish we could dependably get more customers 'on the record' for you, some demographics do tend to be a little more tight-lipped (in particular, some security professionals are unwilling to go on-record as using particular products for fear of exposing an attack angle).
