Our TrustRadius program allows us to establish stronger relationships with customers by helping us reach out and understand how our customers use our platform, why they use our platform, and what problems they solve with our platform. This information is strategically valuable to our marketing organization when we decide on audience targeting and messaging strategy.

Pros

  • TrustRadius is able reach out to our customers at a scale in a way that would be difficult to manage internally.
  • The TrustRadius review widget allows us to build credibility with first-time site visitors.
  • Seeing which companies visit our page is valuable for marketing strategy.

Cons

  • More design and formatting options with the TrustRadius widget would be welcome.
  • Tagging reviews is painstaking. Search options/auto-tagging would be awesome!
  • Download options for collected reviews and data would be welcome.

TrustRadius has helped to improve conversion rate on our landing pages through third-party credibility. Getting a large number of up-to-date reviews allows us to understand trends in what customers think of out platform, whether we're fulfilling marketing promises, and how our platform can be used. It could also help us establish new customer relationships for the creation of case studies.
I haven't used any!
Custom questions allow us to align the content of reviews to the content of our landing pages and provide custom third-party credibility content to our site visitors when they first find us. The quality of the reviews is high, with TrustRadius users generally providing specific and thoughtful reviews of our platform.
Though my experience with TrustRadius is limited, I've used the widget in several landing page tests for paid digital that have allowed us to drive better quality trials of our platform at a higher rate.
Vendor offerings are great for companies seeking to build credibility with first-time site visitors or prospects seeking to solve problems that we've solved for other clients. Utilizing TrustRadius's ability to reach out to customers at scale is incredibly helpful for companies with small marketing teams. TrustRadius may not be best suited for companies with mature customer success/marketing teams who have an internal mechanism to generate up-to-date reviews at scale.

I'm glad that you've been able to drive great results with our platform so far, and thanks for your patience with the rough edges around some of our current user experience (especially with regards to tagging). We're acutely focused on making improvements here in the back half of 2017. Also, please contact your CSM directly about downloading review content for analysis and other use, as we can probably find a way to meet this need. Finally, though it may seem companies with mature customer success teams wouldn't need TrustRadius to generate up-to-date, I've got to take exception -- Gainsight, a leading Customer Success software vendor, actually uses TrustRadius, and customer success is their entire business! We've driven 7 new reviews of Gainsight in the past week in fact :) Stay tuned, though, as we're focused on helping you and our other customers drive even better results with less effort going forward.
