Client feedback is very important. We like that TrustRadius is a place where prospective clients can learn about what our clients are saying about our products & services. I am part of the marketing team responsible for responding to and soliciting new reviews.
Cornerstone uses TrustRadius for many purposes including gathering client feedback, building relationships with clients, and sharing feedback with the Product team. It's a great platform to identify happy clients and to gain helpful insights into areas for improvement. Some clients who have left a positive review have partnered with us to share their talent management success story via a case study or webinar.
  • Ability to share reviews/testimonials on our website
  • CSM is very nice and knowledgeable
  • Vendor page as an admin is easy to navigate
  • Ability to respond to reviews and build relationships with our clients
  • Give people option to leave a light or basic review. For example, a rating plus open ended comments would be great. Writing a review often takes more than a few minutes.
  • Improve Visitor Insights specifically the filter options to better segment the CSV file
  • Increased number of reviews for Cornerstone product

Getting more feedback from our clients has been really good. TrustRadius is another medium for us to hear from our clients. Also, a handful of clients have raised their hand about being a reference.
Great use cases, feature feedback, support etc. Most reviews are detailed and we're able to feature top testimonials on our website.
We're able to get specific feedback whether it's about a new feature or targeted focus of the company.
We work with multiple review vendors including G2 Crowd.
Additional insight and visibility into client satisfaction as well as the overall number of reference-able clients.
The voice of the customer is so important. TrustRadius is appropriate for businesses of all sizes especially for small businesses since peer feedback is a big factor in the decision-making process. I have enjoyed working with the team at TrustRadius. Our CSM is responsive and helpful, giving good guidance and suggestions to get the most out of the program.
