We use TrustRadius for many different things across our business - on the Customer Success side to ensure we're engaging with and listening to our customer feedback, and on the Sales side to provide helpful contextual information through reviews and quotes to our prospective customers.
- Salesforce Integration - I love how we can quickly find quotes based on attribute tags.
- Quote tagging with Conductor specific tags
- I wish we had the ability to tag or filter by location, or country. Sometimes we'd like to have a specific EMEA result vs. a US result.
- The search on the web version for quotes isn't nearly as easy as it is in the SFDC integration. I want to be able to filter down exactly as I do within Salesforce.

We've seen great engagement with our revenue teams leveraging quotes via email, in presentations, and on calls with their prospective customers.
The quality is very high - we have used custom questions in the past, and always get very detailed reviews and information back with all of our questions.
We do also use additional similar vendors, but the tagging and searchability of quotes is much better with TrustRadius than with any of our other options.
I've been able to empower my teams with relevant quotes and reviews that they can use by industry, use case, services component, etc. It also has allowed me to make our marketing collateral even more interesting and relevant to readers.
