TrustRadius enables prospective clients to learn more about our organization from current users of our technology. It has also become a great way for us to gather voice of the client feedback from our users that we can leverage throughout our business. Reviews are used as marketing tools but also as points of reference when making business decisions.

Again, it gives us the chance to hear our clients and allows them the opportunity to share their voice. In the tech space, users may be in our technology every single day, so giving them the chance to share their feedback is critical.
The TrustRadius review questionnaire gets us well-rounded, valuable feedback. Instead of asking for just a score or some basic questions, they encourage our users to be thoughtful about their experience of our systems. This gets us insight that we can actually really leverage. We also have the opportunity to update and add questions to get us even more targeted feedback.
We currently manage multiple online review sites to benefit our overall market presence and gather client feedback.
