I'm very pleased with the depth of insights TrustRadius reviews provide. We've been able to capture client testimonials and begin advocacy conversations based on TrustRadius reviews.
TrustRadius is a pretty streamlined, simple, platform to collect crowd sourced reviews. Our other vendors offer more detail in their admin dashboards, such as alternative visual data insights and options to track referenceable reviews.
It has helped us surpass our annual review goal and easily connect with clients who are interested in joining our reference program.
