Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to generate content that we can utilize in our sales process, specifically targeting Enterprise traffic and prospects. To date, we have not set specific measures to determine the impact of TrustRadius, since we currently have only used the content to support our sales team.
  • Excellent content that we don't get with other review generation sites, such as ROI and competitor info.
  • Ability to tag and organize specific review content.
  • The buyer intent data leaves a bit to be desired. There's too much noise in the data that often isn't valuable for us.
  • A Salesforce integration would be awesome.
  • We are not measuring any specific KPIs around TrustRadius at this time.
  • We were able to surface a lot of positive content to our support team, which was a great morale-booster.
It's definitely much more thorough content and contains a lot more in-depth feedback than other review generation sites which typically just cover base-level pros and cons. We especially like the alternatives/competitors and ROI feedback.
Custom questions highlighting where we differ from our competitors have been incredibly valuable for our sales team to use as fuel and support during the sales cycle.
G2Crowd and Capterra. We actually utilize all three, but purchased TrustRadius because they have a higher volume of Enterprise traffic.
TrustRadius is a wonderful resource for high-quality content from our customers. However, enabling our sales team to use it could be smoother/easier in order to use the content to its full potential.
