Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We went with TrustRadius because we are a B2B software provider and found their overview of our space to be extremely accurate to how we see the market and how customers generally view it. Since signing up we very quickly had a profile that delivered on our key objectives and in our opinion accurately appraised our capabilities in the space for prospective customers.
Pros
- Trustmaps are accurate to our offerings
- Easy to use widget to house quotes from reviews on our site + collateral
Cons
- A better real time view of email cadences/successful open rates
- A better ability to interact with reviewers who leave incomplete or seemingly contradictory reviews
- We have seen prospects compare our products on TrustRadius
Overall the review quality seems exceptional and by far the best I've seen from competitor sites.
Yes custom questions helped us tell the story we wanted, however I'm not sure they are alone worth an additional investment.
G2, TrustPilot, and a few others. We wanted quality reviews and have been happy to get that.
