Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

I have user experience with around 30 review platforms similar to TrustRradius. TrustRadius for Vendors is obviously doing their homework very well. The customer feedback we are getting with the help of TrustRadius always has tons of curious material and helpful insights for our developers. What we are getting from TrustRadius for Vendors is then used by both development/product teams as well as in marketing.

I cannot provide details (because our competitors can read this!). Let me just say that intent data has been a very useful tool for us. Now, we are getting potential leads from all the places that used to be absolute blind spots for us. TrustRadius for Vendors is very useful and highly educational! Also, the total number of leads in two months, for example, is seriously higher than on some other review platforms.
Custom Questions by TrustRadius is yet another proof that developers are building something with their own ideas in mind -- and then customers are using software for something entirely different. With the help of TrusRradius for Vendors, we are now receiving TONS of useful, truly original information, which comes directly from our customers. This helps us grow in the right direction.
As I've mentioned earlier, we have long-term experience with 30+ review platforms. TrustRadius for Vendors stands strong in this competition because it is: a) easy to learn and understand; b) email communication is both pleasant and helpful, and the response time is nearly always instant! c) pricing is alright, seems to be a reasonable investment.
