Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

TrustRadius for Vendors has the most customer-centric features of any review site I've worked with. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us improve landing page conversion rates and organic traffic through the syndication of TrustQuotes. Additionally, the Chrome Extension is an amazing tool for our sales and marketing teams to easily implement real customer feedback into our promotional copy. TrustRadius' intent data, while dependent on the category which you purchase it for, is a solid source of supplemental intent data for Enterprise ABM campaigns. Last, but not least, their customer review generation teams are awesome and have helped us drive nearly 100 authoritative reviews in just 9 months. Overall, these offerings have helped round out our digital presence, especially when it comes to driving consideration with in-market buyers.

We have enabled the Sales Team to use TrustRadius' buyer intent data during prospect research. We have also used TrustRadius' intent data to target in-market buyers via LinkedIn Advertising. We were able to drive a cost-per-click under $10 with TrustRadius for Vendors' intent data audiences, and add net new buyers to our database.
Custom questions have allowed us to give our salespeople a clear way to sort our customer feedback by our key differentiators. This is helpful because our sales team is always focused on competitor conquesting campaigns, and sharing how our customers are proving out our key differentiators and "making it real" helps build trust with prospects.
Gartner Digital Markets - We partner with Gartner Digital Markets (Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice) for PPC and PPL lead generation. While they are difficult to work with, they provide the highest ROI due to their robust lead generation platforms. G2 - We partner with G2 for customer review generation. They have a solid support structure, but they have fewer capabilities compared to TrustRadius for Vendors. TrustRadius has excellent support and the most customer-centric capabilities of the three major review sites. They only lack in the lead generation department when compared to Gartner Digital Markets.

TrustRadius for Vendors is an awesome platform for building consideration with in-market buyers, especially if you are targeting mid-market or enterprise organizations. TrustRadius for Vendors is well suited for helping companies build their digital presence. TrustRadius helps to round out a company's digital presence while building authority and trust with in-market buyers. TrustRadius for Vendors is a strategic investment - one that pays dividends over time vs. creating immediate ROI. TrustRadius for Vendors is less appropriate for organizations looking for something that's a pure PPC/PPL platform. Smaller organizations that require immediate ROI will find that this vendor's offerings don't align with their budgeting and planning style.
