Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
TrustRadius for Vendors has allowed us to collect feedback from customers, so we can improve our products, acquire new customer references, and increase brand awareness.
- Customers can choose whether they are anonymous or want to share their information with you.
- Customers can raise their hand for additional customer reference opportunities with your company.
- They provide you with data and analytics on your campaigns (unlike other vendors).
- The reporting could be more detailed.
- I would appreciate more recognition/use of TrustMaps.
- We have gotten over 50+ new customer references.
- We have an abundance of new content we can use for marketing purposes using TrustQuotes.
Being able to create our own custom questions was really useful for our product teams to be able to collect the feedback they are looking for.
We also use Gartner Peer Insights. TrustRadius for Vendors is not as widely known as Gartner Peer Insights, but it has more product capabilities, such as reporting, being able to pull data, customers being able to choose whether they want to be anonymous, or share their contact information with you, etc.
