Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We are using TrustRadius for Vendors for many reasons, but the intent data has been super helpful. We've been creating audiences of people visiting our TrustRadius for Vendors profiles, then targeting them on LinkedIn with ads. This has been a really effective technique. A big focus of ours is higher quality leads, and the viewers that are reviewing our page definitely fit the bill.
  • The review incentive program has been super easy and effective. We've gotten so many more, high-quality leads from it.
  • The intent data has been really interesting and has helped guide some of our campaigns on other platforms.
  • We haven't deployed the quote widget yet but that was a huge reason behind our decision to join TrustRadius for Vendors. We are really excited to add it to our landing pages.
  • The custom questions feature has been AWESOME! Having the power to ask customers about areas we want to highlight or promote has been super useful in marketing materials.
  • I wish the intent audiences had the option to filter the audience more. I feel like it lacks in that field.
  • The vendor portal is between the legacy and new version, so I have trouble navigating and sometimes get logged out for no reason and can't sign back in.
  • TrustRadius for Vendors has been a great spot for prospects to view all that we have to offer. We have noticed a lot more traffic on our profile since we started our premium subscription
  • Intent data has let us target a new group of individuals that we hadn't been advertising to before.
  • I would like to see an increase in conversion rates. So our conversions on the page have remained the same, unfortunately.
Yes, we are in the early stages of using intent data for TrustRadius. We have only just recently started our premium membership.
TrustRadius for Vendors asks customers so many more questions when it comes to their reviews and gets into the nitty gritty. I feel like most software review sites ask only surface-level questions, but TrustRadius does a good job of getting under the hood and asking the specific questions that prospects are thinking. The rating system on TrustRadius profiles is also a great snapshot of how the software is viewed by customers. It's eye-catching. In general, the TrustRadius platform is just more eye-catching than the competition. I prefer to use it because it's easy to read, looks nice, and provides good information.
The support for TrustRadius for Vendors has been awesome. When we were first getting set up, I was having trouble getting everything completed and onboarding took a lot longer, because of me. Our rep was still super helpful and didn't make me feel bad that I hadn't completed the onboarding steps yet. Normally I feel like reps would get a little annoyed but they stayed professional and helped me out every step of the way.

TrustRadius for Vendors is amazing if you want to generate high-quality customer reviews for marketing materials. We have collected some awesome reviews that we get to use now on landing pages and it's added the most value to our premium subscription. I feel like TrustRadius' SEO might be lacking because when searching reviews, more often than not, it shows up behind their competition, like Capterra and G2.
