We use the TrustRadius for Vendors platform to grow our brand recognition and amplify the voice of our customers. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us grow our pool of customers that are willing to be ambassadors for us, increase traffic to our site, and reach a more engaged audience on LinkedIn. TrustRadius for Vendors has expanded the strengths of our customer marketing team and the value customer marketing brings to the business.

We have utilized the intent data via the LinkedIn Matched Audiences integration as well as enabled our sellers to utilize the intent data for sales outreach via the Salesforce and Demandbase connectors.
TrustRadius for Vendors review content strategy is quality over quantity which sets them apart from other review providers. With the review content we generate from TrustRadius for Vendors, we are able to tag those reviews into quick snippets that our sellers and marketers can leverage. This greatly differs from other review providers that are only looking for quantity and don't provide you with the valuable content you and your prospects desire.
The TrustRadius support team is outstanding. I have received superb customer support since day 1, and this level of support has continued past onboarding. My TrustRadius CSM is a true partner, and I'm grateful for the assistance and shared knowledge I've received throughout our 1.5 year partnership.

TrustRadius for Vendors is well suited for companies looking to grow their brand awareness and gather customer feedback, as well as for companies looking to arm their sellers with more enablement tools. I would also say that TrustRadius for Vendors is well suited for companies who are looking to expand their customer evidence and do not have the resources to build that customer evidence internally.
