User-friendly and helpful to Customer Marketers

Veracode uses TrustRadius for Vendors to collect non-bias reviews of our products and services. We then use these reviews as proof points in marketing content, a pipeline for our advocacy program, and even as a way to see what our customer's pain points are. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us be more effective because we are able to collect these reviews without having to do extra work and setting up internal campaigns, etc., so we can then focus on how to best use these reviews.

Because we can write and use customer questions, it gives us the ability to gain the exact insight we might be looking for from customers. This information can then be more useful to us in marketing programs and content. It leaves us with less work to do and more time to complete other, more strategic tasks.
