Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us generate more leads and reviews. We are able to effortlessly do review-generating campaigns multiple times a year.
  • It is great having a designated account manager that meets with me as often as needed and is always there to answer any questions that arise.
  • We appreciate the flexibility in using the award badges, review widgets, and quotes across our website.
  • I wish there were a way for vendors to set up all of their tags and categories without having to go through the account manager to do so.
  • TrustRadius for Vendors has allowed us to organically get more customer feedback in reviews and quotes.
  • It also allows our sales team to pull quotes wherever they are in the sales cycle that they otherwise may not have had access to.
I don't feel it differs too much from the other main review site we utilize. There are a lot of similar features and not many differences that I have come across; both are good.
I have never had to deal with support, but both my AE and account manager are responsive and helpful whenever needed.

As a software company, we use the TrustRadius vendor portal to generate reviews and quotes. Our sales and marketing teams then use these quotes, reviews, award badges, etc., to provide authentic feedback when promoting the product. It works for everything we use it for. We don't get many leads from the partnership, but I imagine that would be different if we also utilized the intent data.
