Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius for Vendors as another channel to grow our market presence, increase brand reputation, and source customer feedback. As Customer Marketing Manager, I actively use the vendor portal to generate and monitor reviews - responding to customers, escalating feedback to internal teams, sourcing referenceable customer quotes, etc.
  • The vendor portal is intuitive and easy to use
  • Support is responsive (and proactive)
  • Our CSM and other executive leaders we've met with are very strategic and helpful
  • There are still times that I get juggled between the old and new vendor portal
  • Some of the actions/terms on the backend aren't always clear (i.e., the action to "process" a review though it's already published)
  • Manually requesting incentivized/utm'd links
  • Longer forms = higher quality content but lower conversion
  • Over 180% increase in page views YoY
  • Over 100% increase in review count YoY
  • A third of our reference volunteers have come from TrustRadius reviews
We typically get much richer content and quality quotes from TrustRadius reviews based on the questions asked and the survey flow.
The main thing that sets TrustRadius for Vendors apart is the strategic partnership they offer. Our monthly syncs with our CSM (shout out JOE!) are always productive and strategic. At times when we don't have much to bring to the agenda, Joe is at the ready to talk about new or underutilized features and give us some tips and pointers to take our program to the next level. The team has gone out of their way to partner with us on various projects. And our recent annual review with Vinay was so helpful. When comparing these experiences to that of our other review platform partnerships, there's no comparison.
Much of the administrative features are similar across vendors such as TrustRadius, G2, GPI, GDM, etc. G2 and TrustRadius do the best at providing a high-level snapshot of activity while then allowing for deeper dives. TrustRadius is the easiest to understand how we're tracking toward annual awards/banners. By far, the strategic partnership with TrustRadius CS is what sets the offering apart.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for sourcing customer reviews, surfacing buyer intent data, and sourcing customer reference volunteers. It's not always the strongest for internal reporting or record keeping. Furthermore, it's a great data point for competitor comparisons.
