Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We are using TrustRadius for Vendors to collect reviews of our software products. It has positively impacted our marketing and sales team's KPIs and goals as product reviews influence the sales pipeline. Our partnership with TrustRadius for Vendors has allowed me to be more effective in my role as they make it easy to source reviews through the creation of review landing pages, incentive offers, and live events review campaigns.

The review content is definitely more comprehensive and thorough compared to other review sites. Also, due to the nature of the review collection process with TrustRadius for Vendors, we've been able to weed out fraudulent reviewers. We can't say the same for other review site vendors we've worked with. The reviews we're getting on TrustRadius are for the most part, high quality and thorough reviews and not written by a bot.
The team is great to work with. They're responsive, personable, and overall easy to work with. I also like how they don't try to upsell you and talk about renewals all the time - this happens often when we talk to our G2 client success and sales teams.
We use G2 and Gartner Peer Insights in addition to TrustRadius. These days, it seems like most companies have reviews on all three of these review sites. It's hard to choose just one vendor to focus reviews on as buyers tend to gravitate towards one review site over another so we try to collect as many reviews as possible on all three review websites.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for collecting product reviews, but it can often be a challenge trying to drive reviews to TrustRadius if your organization is also driving reviews to the other review sites like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. It depends on the organization and which review site they want to prioritize. Overall, TrustRadius for Vendors is easy to use and is a pretty standard product review site. The team is great too and I prefer working with them over other 3rd party review site vendors, especially G2.
