Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

Our company uses TrustRadius for Vendors to establish a market presence and to understand our clients' experience with our products. TrustRadius for Vendors allows us to ask very specific questions about features and products we care about, which is invaluable. TrustRadius for Vendors has made me more effective by giving me a broader understanding of our market and focus areas for our business.

  • TrustRadius for Vendors offers an incredible support staff and partnership.
  • TrustRadius for Vendors offers many creative ways to utilize the quotes/reviews we receive.
  • Due to TrustRadius reviews being a bit lengthy, I think it can hinder response volume.
  • While not a major issue, it would be nice to have a TrustRadius Slack/chat integration where I could quickly reach my reps. That being said, my reps already have a great response time!

The major way TrustRadius for Vendors differs from other review platforms is the level of detail when drafting review questions. In addition to not offering standard and general questions, TrustRadius for Vendors is also unique in that their team helps draft the questions with you to ensure they are as successful as possible.
I gave a rating of 10 because I have received excellent support from both of my TrustRadius reps. They are always well prepared for meetings and it is clear they care about helping me get the most out of the platform. They have been indispensable in helping me get our TrustRadius presence back on track.

I would be likely to recommend TrustRadius for Vendors to a colleague. As I mentioned earlier, TrustRadius for Vendors offers a unique way of allowing us to ask clients questions that matter most to us. This is a huge differentiator for TrustRadius for Vendors and would be a major point of emphasis from me in my recommendation.
