Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We are using TrustRadius for Vendors primarily for review sourcing and amplification. Our goal is to meet a certain number of reviews on the TrustRadius platform. We are also using the badges such as Best of TrustRadius awards on our customer-facing pages and assets to showcase our brand and use it in competitor displacement activities.
  • The platform is pretty clean and intuitive
  • I like that most of things are Do-it-Yourself
  • The reviews collected are quite detailed
  • Customer support can be improved
  • Need both new and old platforms to merge so we don't have to switch between legacy and old platforms
  • Ratings to review campaigns should be made more frequent
  • Boosted organic traffic
  • Boosted brand presence
