TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us gain insights into our user base and their independent rating and opinion of our cloud ERP software. Not only does this help us learn how and what to make better, but it also reinforces our promises for our product. It proves that we are on the right way with future enhancement packs and currently already offer a leading-edge cloud ERP for the Enterprise for all Lines of Business. The reviews that we have are a user base from Finance to Logistics, from Supply Chain to Human Resources.

We have used it for retargeting in our paid media tactics and social channels in order to showcase our firm's belief that our product can outperform the competition if if our products enter that market segment a lot later than our competitors.

Where a vendor shall not use any negative messages of the competition, the honest comparison of users that have seen several vendor products counts a lot. Where we have used compete reports to gain independent insights into us versus competition it also stimulates us where we need to get better.
