Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

It was important for our organization to invest in TrustRadius alongside G2 and the other software review sites. In order to remain competitive, and show up where our prospects are looking for us, we cannot ignore a multi review site strategy. Partnering with TrustRadius for Vendors allows us to have more control around our presence on review sites, along with hitting review sourcing goals.
  • I like that we can influence the custom questionnaire with our priorities
  • Makes it easy to monitor competition
  • Great CSM
  • Wish we could generate our own incentivized campaign links
  • UI is a bit clunky
  • Wish we could see what campaign reviews came from directly in the portal instead of needing to export a CSV
  • Increased total review count since partnership due to access to more tactics
  • Increased TrustRadius score
