Nice site that's easy to use but I miss the old customer success model
Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We use TrustRadius for Vendors to drive reviews of our software solutions. This also helps us identify raving fans that we can reach out to for more in depth case studies. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped to also show our leadership in the space through various awards and badges that we have won over the years.
Pros
- Easy to navigate platform
- Drive campaigns to our customers
- Friendly staff always willing to meet and discuss strategy
Cons
- Did not like losing a dedicated success manager for the pool model
- The email notifications for new reviews sometimes take a long time to come through
- They got rid of the Most Loved award
- Got three case studies from TrustRadius reviews
- TrustRadius posts lead to high social media engagement
We do not use this program but I think it would be a good service considering people are looking at in-depth reviews on the TrustRadius site. The questions they require in the reviews are very thoughtful and help paint a true picture of what it is like being a customer.
TrustRadius for Vendors is definitely better than Google reviews in the way of getting more in-depth information. We have used G2 in the past and they have a similar model however they often make changes to their business categories which can change your rankings overnight.
They have a similar module and similar service level. I do like the types of awards/badges that TrustRadius for Vendors gives out they are more fun.
