Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

TrustRadius for Vendors helps us to collect impartial reviews about our products and services. It offers a middle ground, external to our business to be able to support feedback for our own improvement. Its great for customer feedback, reputation management and competitive analysis. Its also great for feedback for product development and trends.

TrustRadius for Vendors offers a more in depth review platform, with comparative insights and real user information. The reviews are trusted in that include specific use cases, detailed descriptions of how products are used, and the challenges faced by businesses. Reviews are also verified so you can ensure that they are from trusted sources.
There is no face to face / telephone support anymore. We were having regular catch up calls and checkins on the account, but that has changed over the last 6 months - other review platforms offer this type of support within their packages so would be worth considering this moving forwards as it does then mean we don't have so much focus on the platform.
Capterra is pay per click, TrustRadius is strong in the US market space.
