Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform
We work with UiPath developing solutions for a large mobile phone company in Brazil. We are currently deploying a data migration solution across the enterprise's systems. UiPath fulfills our demands for ease of use, speed, integration with other applications, and good documentation of the tool, which allows us to quickly resolve doubts if we have them. The payback has been great, since we can leave robots working 24/7 with a speed much greater than that of a human and with a minimal amount of errors, making the financial return great too.
- Integration with other applications (OCR, PDF, Excel, Outlook).
- Frameworks made available by users.
- Training courses, active community in the forums and on social networks.
- More documentation of the adopted community frameworks.
- More regular updates of the courses offered at their academy.
- Robots work 24/7 with minimal error, making the amount invested get recouped very quickly.
The user-friendly interface, ease of use, and easy orchestrator implementation have certainly been some key factors for us in adopting this tool.
