Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
It is currently used across the organization from initial onboarding through to employee records. Employee[s] are able to access PTO, personal information, and benefit information.
- User friendly - easy to navigate even if you aren't in it daily.
- Updated information - once PTO is used, it is reflected in the system.
- Easy to make changes - because of its navigability it is easy to make changes to address, withholding, or PTO.
- Increased employee engagement - employees find it easier to navigate than previous system.
Again, great, but not perfect. Slow customer service response at times.

I believe during implementation during the first few months of COVID, response was fairly quick.
I think because of its ease of use by the occasional user, it can be accepted across most companies. Even if you aren't using it daily, like HR would, it is still easy to navigate and find information through the use of drop down menus or searches.
