UKG Pro is being used by the organization to manage our people, their information, and their timekeeping. It houses all of this information and addresses reporting, analytics, and our organization as a whole. We are able to quickly and easily pull information from specific employees and groups of employees in a way that supports our executives in the best way.

Sometimes reporting can be slow, but not all the time. It's fairly reliable to complete in a reasonable amount of time
Support is quick to respond and helpful when you don't understand how to use or implement their response. They are great at following up and checking in as well as escalating cases when they are more urgent and need more attention.

We had a critical issue with a malfunctioned import that we needed to have resolved. Multiple support associates were involved and the case was escalated to high priority. We needed the issue correct within the next week, it only took them two days and they were phenomenal in ensuring we were taken care of and satisfied with the support that we were given
