Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG pro as our HRIS. We use the payroll module to pay employees, UTM to track their time. Our employees select and manage their benefits in UKG. We also use UKG learning to track regulatory training and new hire training,

  • We are switching to Dimensions, and the reporting is not as useful as UTM and BI reporting
  • We are able to manage all HR function in on platform.
  • Our expanded reporting ability has found issues with existing processes.

It's very easy to use and very flexible with platform configuration.
Benefits used to be through a 3rd party vendor and were not a good experience, Our Workflow approvals were also in a 3rd party system and were partially manual.
We love the flexibility and the great customer service that we get when we have issues or want to make changes.
