Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use UKG Pro for most of our HR needs; from employee data and payroll to timekeeping, salary planning, employee changes, performance management, and recruiting and onboarding to online learning, we utilize the system as much as we can. One of our biggest business improvements was transitioning from paper employee change forms to running almost all employee changes through UKG Pro using their manager-initiated business processes and approval workflows. This has streamlined our employee change processes immensely. We also love that all of the different modules within the system speak to each other; our ATS speaks to our Onboarding module, which speaks to the Core system and the rest of our modules, greatly reducing the amount of manual data entry required.

UKG Pro offers almost everything we need and integrates well between modules and with external vendors. It is for the most part extremely intuitive and easy to use both as a user and administrator. Being able to report on almost all data fields in the system is extremely important as well.
