We use UKG Pro for payroll, tax payments and wage garnishments, HR record-keeping, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, surveys, timekeeping, performance reviews, reporting. We currently have 13 component companies on [the] UKG Pro Platform and three different payroll frequencies. We also use UKG Pro as the system to feed employee status and employment information to our active directory, IT set-ups in Service Now, and other 3rd party systems the business units use to manage employee user access.

- Include SSO links in notification emails for users that work in the field that use the mobile app, as well as the standard links that route back to the desktop. e.g. PTO request approvals, job requisition approvals, people assist notifications
- Service requests in Ultimate Community have a serious lag. Provide more resources to get projects completed in a more timely manner. Most steps are stalled in our internal projects that require data feeds, UDES, or interface builds waiting for a UKG resource assignment.

Yes - We are still implementing Workforce Dimensions, currently in phase II of Advanced Forecasting. I consider this project a major implementation. The first phase of the project required 12-15 weeks and we used all of our resources to go live on schedule. We worked on exceptions and of course made modifications after working in production. Our UKG implementation team is outstanding. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Timekeeping, as it relates to payroll, is very important for reporting wage hour accuracy. Most of our hourly employees are in CA. We have 13 playgroups, 3 pay frequencies, and support 5 industries. Our payroll and accrual policies are specific to different subsets of employees in multiple locations.
