Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We currently use UKG Pro for recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and document storage. We will be implementing UKG Pro Performance and Compensation. We are looking into adding Benefit Prime and HR Service Directory. The biggest problem we have run into is the original setup. What worked when it was set up 5 years ago doesn't work today. We have had to go back and clean up and think outside the box.

Pros

  • Payroll Processing.
  • Storage of employee information in Core.

Cons

  • Recruiting module.
  • Tax department.
  • Some customer service reps.
  • Self service portal for employees.
  • everyone all in one system.
We have centralized all of HR, Talent, and Payroll for multi-locations and pay groups.
To increase engagement we have send out communication broadcast to keep our employees in the knew of what is going on within our platform. Like Open Enrollment, Employee Surveys etc.
I love that UKG is more of self-service and not waiting for ADP to process.

Upgrading UKG Pro

Yes - We transitioned from UTM to WFM. The transition was smooth with the help of the UKG reps. Adding the additional modules have been very time consuming as our leaders kept changing their minds on how they wanted it to look and feel.

Yes, very user friendly. No, because the Ultiuniversity is so amazing.

UKG Pro Implementation

As a company we needed better understanding of our processes.
Yes - I believe all implementation is broken up into phases. It would be extremely hard to do it all at once.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Take time to look at the big picture.
  • multiple changes as we didn't provide the correct information.

Configuring UKG Pro

It is a little complex but support is a good resource.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - At first it was hard but we got an amazing support rep that took time to explain and help us.
No - we have not done any custom code

Support is good. Better than other companies I have to deal with and very knowledgeable.

No, the regular support is just fine.
We had an issue with closing out payroll and it was 1 am in the morning and we called rapid response then helped us right away.

Yes - The new mobile interface is amazing. I like it much better than the old one. It is so user friendly now.

UKG Pro Reliability

We use UKG Pro in US and Canada and if fits all of our needs.
We hardly ever have error or outages.
There isn't much downtime, run pretty seamless.

Integrating UKG Pro

Very simple to integrate.

Yes, we are just waiting for Azure to send us the coding.

If the companies that you want to integrate with has UKG knowledge and have user guides it is really simple and easy.

Relationship with UKG

Everyone that I have worked with at UKG have been amazing and really easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
All of the support staff are so easy to work along side.
I am in contact with someone from UKG on a daily basis. From Sales, to Support and everyone in between.
