Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We currently use UKG Pro for recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and document storage. We will be implementing UKG Pro Performance and Compensation. We are looking into adding Benefit Prime and HR Service Directory. The biggest problem we have run into is the original setup. What worked when it was set up 5 years ago doesn't work today. We have had to go back and clean up and think outside the box.
- Payroll Processing.
- Storage of employee information in Core.
- Recruiting module.
- Tax department.
- Some customer service reps.
- Self service portal for employees.
- everyone all in one system.
I love that UKG is more of self-service and not waiting for ADP to process.
