Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use it for payroll processing, recruiting & onboarding, file management, and as an HR solution for our 500 employees. We streamlined the process to hire an employee and reduced paper consumption by going digital with UKG Pro. Also, we gave employees and managers the freedom to make changes to their profiles.

  • I would recommend better functionality and ease of use when making changes to the UKG Pro system with custom fields.
  • The approval process can be cumbersome in setting up with security especially if you have multiple approvers or different business units.
  • We have increased engagement with employees and become more efficient.
  • We are able to focus on culture rather than paperwork processing for new hires, which makes for a great experience.

With ease of use, we have reduced the time it takes to onboard an employee from 2 hours to 30 minutes. It gives the new hire the power to process their paperwork, HR reviews it, and we can hire the employee quickly. This allows us to focus on items like culture.
UKG is much more flexible when processing data for employees and managers. It is more intuitive and allows for an easier process for employees.

It is appropriate for a company that wants to switch from a paper-based solution to a digital solution. It is easy to set up and allows employees and managers to learn the system easily. This is ideal for a remote workforce that needs functionality to do their job.
