Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
we use UKG Pro to process payroll across different companies, dealing with different states and jurisdiction. The issue with UKG Pro is it's not user friendly, the lack of customer support, and overall platform is not good. While there might be other modules to add or enhance the features. It doesn't appear worth adding modules when the basic ones do not work for us. In my experience, the customer support is near zero with being directed to a community support page to look up how other people answered the question, search and find the solution self, with help tickets being closed autoamtically with out resolution

processing payroll and that's it. The concept of utulziing UKG Pro for hr functions wasn't looked into further due to not connecting to other systems, lack of support, and the contact upselling of new systems or modules needed for that feature. When the current features we had we not working for us. I would not recommend UKG Pro
We had help tickets open regarding GL maping in a report ran. The ticket was closed 3 times without resolution. The first time we thought okay maybe it was a mistake. Then we sent an email and they confirmed no it was closed but they couldn't tell why. So instead of reopening it they instructed us to open a new ticket. This helped their ratios of support tickets. That new ticket was closed after a follow up email was sent asking for an update. So no response to the email, ticket closed, and no help was provided.
I think ADP is a lot easier to use and function within. While the GL maping is seperate done at employee level which is more time consuming. In my experience, the customer support seems better than UKG Pro. So far ADP points you to community support and training videos but actual person support is available and has been helpful.
