Benefits streamlined and getting them electronic.
I’m able to access my information anywhere and able to help employees when they need help after hours without my laptop. An employee needed a paystub and couldn’t access his info. I downloaded it and sent it to him at 10pm and he was very grateful, I was on vacation without my laptop.
Nothing against the app, I need more training.
It was already in place when I started here.
