Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I use UKG Pro for our company's payroll for hourly and salary employees. We also use it for salary reviews. The problems I have encountered are as follows: Managers are unable to add salary PTO for their supervisors. Managers are unable to see employee's hourly pay rate. We are unable to designate PTO for our weekend shift employees as the holidays are only Monday - Friday, And are also unable to designate Holidays for employees actual schedules. We have 8, 10, and 12 hour schedules but the Holidays are only 8 hours per day. Not very user friendly when trying to pull data specific reports.

Pros

  • once a report has been established, it is easy to pull those reports weekly.

Cons

  • I would like to see a platform that would allow me to create my own reports with the data I need and not any extra.
  • We have not opened it up to our employees.

It is easy to get to without being at the job site.
It is easy to use with time sheets
